STUDY VISA FOR IRELAND

You can apply for a study visa in case you are planning to going to Ireland to take on a course of study for more than three months.

The Supporting documentation
The documents given below are significant because they provide information about your personal conditions in country from which you are applying.

It is your responsibility to satisfy the Visa Officer that a visa should be granted for purpose sought.

The submission of any or all of these given documents does not give assurance that your application is going to be successful.

Original documents should be provided.
In case you submit a document that is not in English/Irish, it should be accompanied by a complete translation. Every single translated document should contain:
– Confirmation from translator that it is a correct translation of original document
– The exact date of the translation
– The full name, signature and full details of the translator

All the letters submitted by a company, business or other organisation have to be on official headed paper and provide complete contact details so that they can easily be verified. These must possess a complete postal address, name of the contact, position in organisation, phone number (landline), site and email address (email addresses like Hotmail and Yahoo are not accepted).

The Visa Officer considers every single application on its merits and might request extra information or documentation.

Post study work permit
– Non-EU/EEA students finishing advanced degrees in Ireland can now stay for up to twenty four months so as to seek employment and/or apply for an added work permit or green card
– This fresh provision applies to students finishing masters or doctoral qualifications granted by a renowned Irish awarding body
– Non-EU/EEA students finishing Level 8 programmes (honours undergraduate degrees) will continue to possess a twelve -month stay back option, whereas the ones completing a Level 7 qualification (ordinary undergraduate degree) are also going to remain eligible for a six -month stay back.
